Policies
Maximum Occupancy:

We will be happy to increase the number of guests to a maximum
of 6; however an additional charge will be added to the nightly
rate.
Cleaning Fee: $150.00
For your convenience, optional daily or mid-week cleaning is available.
Smoking: No
No smoking in any indoor or outdoor areas of the property.
Pets: No
Reservations:
- CHECK-IN time is 3 P.M. CHECK-OUT time is 11 A.M.
- All rates are subject to 13.42% Hawaii State Taxes.
- Deposit of $300 is required within 10 days of booking to confirm a reservation .
- We accept personal checks, money orders or cashier's checks.
- All rates and taxes are subject to change without notice.
- Full prepayment is due 90 days prior to arrival.
Refundable Reservation
/ Security Deposit:
Damage deposit of $300 is required within 10 days of booking to
confirm a reservation. Deposit will be refunded within 15 business
days upon departure, after inspection of condo for damage to or
loss of item.
Cancellation Policy:
For a deposit refund, less $100 fee, cancellation is required
90 days or more prior to arrival date. For cancellations within
the 90 days of arrival or after arrival date, payments will be
retained. If the unit can be rented, a pro-rata refund will be
issued.
